Dr. Shen is Associate Professor at the University of Florida. Dr. Shen received his Ph.D. in strategic management from Texas A & M University. He attended Peking (Beijing) University in China as an undergraduate, where he earned his B.S. in psychology. His current research focuses on executive leadership development, CEO succession, corporate governance, and the organizational implications of these phenomena. Before joining the University of Florida, he was an assistant professor at the Faculty of Management, Rutgers University.
